My previous motivation was a woman, and now it’s GPS technology + the iPhone + the fact I’m becoming a fat git in an age group where people are starting to drop down dead like flies. Start slow with brisk walking I guess (kasi can lah weh, last time I ‘ran’ was at the cross-country practice we had in SDAR like 24 years ago, and even then I started walking after a couple of yards. Heh.), and this is my second week where I’ve done four sesh-es this long weekend. Today is the first time I’m using the Runkeeper app on the iPhone (thanks to iJun for the heads up) – it also indicates the elevation of the route we took. Dad (who’s a healthy 76+, alhamdulillah) wanted to tag along and we both did almost 4 km this morning.
