this only reaffirms my stand on urbanised versions of genuine old fashioned eateries. the food tasted fine (although the nasi lemak was just nasi lemak and the tom yam noodle soup was watery to say the least) but jazzy tinklings of the piano as background music of an eaterie that should make one reminisce the halcyon days of eating freshly toasted thickly-sliced hainan bread with sekaya at 7 am in tapah?
i say go to tapah. you also get to pay tapah prices, too.
