Getting the two-seater I ordered from Natuzzi in eight weeks was pretty unprecedented. The delivery guys explained the “12-16 weeks” policy – once an item is completed it gets into a container waiting to be shipped to Britain. My loveseat (oo-er, or the less kinky description of the British two-seater) must have been, following completion, the last item to be fitted in a nearly full container which meant away it went without having to wait. The living room still smells of beef. Hmm.
