If you thought episode 5 was top notch, well this episode kicks more literal arses. And this is the first time we get to hear the voice of the “mysterious swordsman” (known to all who has read the manga) – voiced by Hatake Kakashi‘s seiyuu himself, Inoue Kazuhiko.
This whopper of an episode covers the rest of chapter 80 (we had 4 pages of it in episode 5) and chapters 81 to 83. I guess the estimate of this arc ending by episode 11 makes more sense now. And this episode had EVERYTHING in the manga if you are worried about corners being cut.
Episode 7 next Sunday 16.1.2022 – 変貌 Henbo / Transformation.
TRIVIA: The episode titles are taken from select manga chapters relevant to the overall feel of the anime episodes, Henbo/Transformation being the title for chapter 83 – don’t fret, while the last manga chapter in this current episode bears the title for the next episode, it’s still relevant (provided episode 7 covers chapters 84 to 85/?86) and get ready to be blown away.
