I remembered a few years’ back, HRC’s were sprouting like mushrooms, with cities like Leeds and Nottingham having one each, until they started closing down. Due to the time factor, I had left out Cardiff Bay, which is the jewel in the city’s crown, I guess. To add insult to injury, all this time I thought the big coppery slug thingy (with the poem on it) was the Millennium Stadium (it’s the Millennium Centre daa). No wonder walking halfway round the stadium was waayy disappointing. The archetypal tourist I was, souvenirs were aplenty for the family back home, including one toy sword. Satu paunnn.
Will come again this summer, insyaAllah.
