Did I sleep? I did doze off for a couple of hours by accident which meant I didn’t manage to try the ‘bed’ option of the seat. The thing with flying on business is, in my opinion, it is better to do so on a longer haul flight. Just so you could get a good night’s (yeah, flying at night is a better option) sleep as well as spending some waking hours enjoying the sumptuous meals and inflight entertainment/gadgets.
I have not left out another feature of the A380 top deck, which uniquely has an onboard lounge complete with a bar proper, but that’s not the feature I am referring to. I have to tell you about the restrooms at each side of the bar. Okay, it’s a bog, so what, you may say. Well, the restroom was so posh it had a window! Can you beat that? It’s all right, no one’s crazy enough to take a peep at you at 38000 feet.
I’ve always told myself that I’d treat myself to a business class ticket one day, but the difference between an economy class and a business ticket is astronomical. Looks like I’ve got to pile up more points to qualify for one!
