I’ve started binning paper, plastic, cans and glass ever since I moved to my current domicile four years ago. The council does come once every fortnight for recyclable waste but unlike other city councils, I find the receptacle used for recycled paper is too small for my liking. Not only what’s left for the regular bin man is now more than half of what I use to chuck out, I find it really satisfying to sort the card from the paper, chucking them in the right container and knowing it’ll be made to the weekly free paper we get through the mailbox. Hmm. Kesedapan.
