we had our first mini jam sesh at edgedale road finally. for best results, the amp for the TD-9 had to be on loud for the desired effect (sounds fabulous on headphones!) – which reaffirmed my brother’s earlier advice for setting up a silent studio. that will be the last project for the cellar.
do i drum? today, i plugged in the iPod to try playing some choice tunes which i think i could manage to drum to. tried stuff from paramore’s that’s what you get to APC’s pet. can lah, kot. i think i nailed siti nurhaliza’s cindai pretty well.
i play the guitar waaay better. now, for that Z-shaped co-ordination exercise.

tak pernah try, tapi aku biased ke roland psl played on it before and it looks more robust. the skins are made by remo.
aku pulak tak penah try roland, tp mmg nampak lagi robust pun, serius..

aku beli carpet tu semata2 untuk drum. hahaha. got it early this yr, waaay before i got the kit. in fact kalau tgk gambar sheffield gig, i bought another one – used for the drumkit onstage.
